Request Account Deletion or Account Pausing
At BenchMarker, UltraCall, and GasOwl (collectively, the “Products”), we respect your privacy and are committed to handling your personal data responsibly. If you wish to have your account and data deleted, or if you prefer to temporarily pause your account, please follow the instructions below.
Steps to Request Account Deletion or Pausing
1. Contact Us
Send an email to our support team at support@ventionlab.tech from the email address associated with your account.
2. Provide Your Details
In your message, please include:
- The name of the Product you’re using (BenchMarker, UltraCall, or GasOwl)
- Your username or full name
- The email address linked to your account
3. Specify Your Preference
Clearly state whether you would like to:
- Permanently delete your account and all associated data
- Temporarily pause your account (data will be preserved and access restored upon request)
Important Information
- Data Deletion
Permanent account deletion is irreversible. Once processed, all of your account information and data will be removed from our systems.
- Account Pausing
Pausing your account temporarily suspends your access to the Product but preserves your data. You can restore your account and access at any time by contacting support.
